St. Charles is a city in the state of Missouri with a population of about 65,794 according to 2010 census. And that gives it the 2nd position as largest city in St Charles County. It is in the city where the National Weather Service Forecast Office is located. The city served as the capital of the state between 1821 and 1826.

St. Charles is situated in the end of Katy Trail, which is a long state park highly frequented by walkers and bikers.
